Avoiding a Job and Unplugging from the Matrix

I have avoided having a “job” ever since I got out of high school by always being self-employed. For future reference, I define a “job” as anything that requires you to be at a certain place for a specified amount of time with someone other than yourself telling you what to do. ;)

Having a job is part of the design of the Matrix and I’ll explain WHY in a future video.

My current business (IT-related) has been paying the bills for me for about 2 1/2 years. Before that, I won scholarships and grants (the Daniels Fund, Target All-Around Scholar, among others as well as wrote many, many essays to receive grants.) I also made money through my acquisition of IT and writing skills during college.

I make efforts on a daily basis to stay “unplugged” from the Matrix and I hope to relay those ideas to you on my channel. I also plan to do videos on my hope to create a “mobile” lifestyle through alternative income sources (anything other than a JOB). Jobs may not survive an economic collapse, but our creativity will. If you’re interested, subscribe. :)

Wow girl. Sounds like you’re one of the people on the 5% side of the world. 95% of people in the world are doing to wrong thing…95% of people in the US are sharing 5% of the national wealth. Scary huh? The other 5% are sharing 95% of the wealth. I’m working on getting myself over to the 5% and “unplugging from the matrix.” Message me if you want to know what I’m doing and how you can do the same!

I love the idea of unplugging from the matrix. A few month a go I would have about 300 new post to read in my Google reader, I have now unsubscribed to nearly all of them. I only have a few main ones, Like Grizzly and Court. I don’t read the daily news, when something major happens someone usually tells me anyway. I just need to focus and build momentum which is what I have a hard time doing. Great video.

I think that you are a young genius lady! If we could teach this kind of thinking in schools, we would not only turn around the economy (as we know it anyway)! I am going to spread your videos, and your advice to my students (which I teach about life skills to in my local church)! You rock, and please don’t stop! We all need to get un-plugged!

why would your personality suffer? back in the day before “jobs” i think people’s personalities were probably better. love of family, gathering with friends in person instead of a stupid email or voice mail. personal contact. humans are social animals. we need tht contact. “jobs” make it hard to have that.

I agree with some of your thoughts. At the same time if you cut yourself off from the rest of the world your personality suffers. I owned my own business for a few years and barely paid my bills. In todays economy that’s not as easy, especially as cost of living increases. Good luck staying self employed, just dont turn lazy on yourself.

    Accumulate between …
Accumulate between 200 to 250 ozs. of silver bullion and 90% in coinage(pre 1964 dimes/quarters). You can get it at coin shops for about $15-$17/oz. Sock it away somewhere safe. There’s probably about 1 year to be able to do this. If and when hyperinflation should hit this will act as a lifeline. This kind of program also helps to bolster one’s confidence in themselves as being truely independent.
